We do not accept returns past 30 days of the ship date. We do not accept returns if the item has been worn or damaged from washing.
All sales are final on clearance items.
Shoes need to be returned in their original box. Please place the shoe box in a protective box. If we receive the shoe box as the shipping box we will not accept the shoes as returnable. You will be responsible for shipping charges back to you.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Please include your packing slip or a piece of paper with your name and order number with all returns. (Go to Processing Returns to learn how to process your return.)
Once we receive your return it will be processed within 1-3 business days and we will credit the card on the account. Please note your banking institution may require up to 14 days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

If you purchased the $2.97 free returns for store credit protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or refund and receive a prepaid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $2.97 free return protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for the return shipping label fee.
